At 5G BRANDS, we deliver custom-made, tailored-to-you activewear designed based on your size preferences. Each item in your 5G Fit Box is crafted to your measurements, ensuring a great fit. Due to the personalized nature of our service, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we are committed to ensuring you have a great experience.
1. Complimentary Exchange for Size Adjustments (After 6 Boxes):
If, after receiving 6 full boxes, you find that your gear doesn’t fit perfectly, you are eligible for one complimentary exchange. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your 6th box, and we’ll assist you with adjusting the size or swapping items that don’t work for you (leggings, tees, and other custom-fit apparel).
2. Size Adjustments Process:
When you contact us for an exchange, we'll work with you to refine your size profile for future boxes, ensuring that your next one fits just right.
3. Custom-Made Items – No Refunds:
Since every item is custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds. Once you submit your size preferences, we manufacture items based on those details. If any items don’t fit or meet expectations, we’ll help with a complimentary exchange after the 6th box.
Due to the nature of custom imprinted apparel, we do everything in our power to ensure your order will be to your satisfaction. The sizing of apparel can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please ask your sales representative to provide you with the exact specifications BEFORE placing your order. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and WILL NOT accept returns or requests for refunds for this reason once the garments are imprinted or customized.
5G Brands WILL ONLY accept custom printed apparel for return or exchange if the merchandise has not been worn and is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
